"Take the Lead and the 9 Leadership Power Tools have been critical support pieces in my career journey," says Meg Middleton. "The course was life-changing."
NEW YORK, NY, February 27, 2021 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Take The Lead (https://www.taketheleadwomen.com/about) today announced that its comprehensive "9 Leadership Power Tools to Advance Your Career" online training is now available as an ongoing self-study, self-paced course. Valued at $1200, 9 Leadership Power Tools is being offered at a 60% discount of $480 as a result of the COVID crisis and its unprecedented impact on women in the workplace. Early bird pricing of $397 is available until March 15th with multiple payment options offered. Full and partial scholarships are also provided; those who wish to gift scholarships may also do that. Course Offerings
As the pandemic threatens to professionally set back all women - particularly women of color – decades, Take The Lead's "9 Leadership Power Tools to Advance Your Career" offers working women at all stages in their careers the training they need to adeptly rethink and retool for today's challenges as they prepare for a post-COVID workplace. Registrants will learn via the series how to discover their unique voices as leaders.
Each module demonstrates how to create a sustainable "power mindset" using the comprehensive four pillars framework that Take The Lead provides: Prepare (train), Develop (connect, mentor, coach), Inspire (role model events), and Propel (thought leadership for systems change and movement building). Upon completion of the course, registrants receive a certificate and badge.
Feldt, a long-time Arizona State University adjunct professor and a recognized expert on online learning, notes that women are often unaware of their immense capacity to move forward as a leader with intention, confidence, authenticity, and, yes, joy. "The course transforms the old concept of power over (oppression) to power to (leadership), and in so doing, encourages individual power to blossom," says Feldt. "It's the difference between just following your dreams and leading with them that culminates in significant professional achievements," she adds.
Proven Success
The curriculum has made a difference in registrants' lives. According to a third-party evaluation:
• 20% had asked for and received a raise or promotion within two months after completing the course
• 40% sought higher levels of leadership within six months of taking the course
• over 80% had extended their support to other women, while
• 100% would recommend it to others
"Take the Lead and the 9 Leadership Power Tools have been critical support pieces in my career journey," says Meg Middleton, who moved up at her job to become a market research manager after taking the online training. "The course was life-changing."
