Precise CEO Zhensen Huang welcomed Ham to the team, saying, "I am thrilled to have someone with such breadth and depth of experience leading the charge in pursuing our ambitious growth goals."
For the past four years, Ham served in the Executive Branch of the federal government in senior executive roles in three federal agencies. At the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, Ham served as Director of Special Projects, driving agency-wide transformational initiatives to optimize HUD's operations with improved delivery of service.
