About Our New Attorneys

Craigin Howland joins the firm's Hartford, Connecticut office as an associate. His practice focuses on professional liability, employment litigation, construction, and insurance solutions. Prior to joining the firm, he worked with an insurance defense firm handling general litigation, employment discrimination and professional liability matters. His experience includes first and second chairing several complex trials. Previously, Mr. Howland served as a legal intern for Justice Andrew J. McDonald, Supreme Court Judge of the State of Connecticut, when he was General Counsel to former Governor Dannel Malloy.

Kenneth Lowe joins the firm's Buffalo, New York office as an associate. Over the course of his legal career, he acquired extensive experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in personal injury litigation. He currently counsels clients in a wide range of areas including, construction, professional malpractice, premises liability and auto. His time representing defendants afforded him valuable trial experience. Mr. Lowe continues his practice in general litigation, insurance solutions, appellate advocacy, and product liability.

Erin Mackin joins the firm's Garden City, New York office as an associate. Her practice includes construction, premises liability, property damage and general litigation. She has extensive experience handling matters from inception through trial. She defends clients, including well known corporations and municipalities, in both Federal and State Courts. Ms. Mackin's legal background includes experience in the criminal court system, specifically the New York City Department of Probation and the Office of the Special Narcotics Prosecutor. Previously, she also handled claims analysis for a multi-billion-dollar environmental fund.

Jennifer Warycha joins the firm's White Plains, New York office as an associate. Her practice focuses on construction, product liability, transportation, premises liability and insurance coverage. Jennifer has over 15 years' experience handling all aspects of civil litigation matters, including labor law, property damage and trademark infringement. Jennifer brings additional appellate experience to the firm having briefed appeals in both the First and Second Department Appellate Division of New York.
