Mrs. Mowery states, "We've received a wonderful response to our Cold Brew from our customers, but it was not always convenient to swing by The Innovation Lab in Fairborn to pick up our product."

Typical restaurant delivery services are not compatible with Fifty5 Rivers Cold Brew business model and point of sale system. They also need a way to ensure their products maintain a certain temperature. The Mowery's embarked on a journey over the last few months to satisfy their client's desire of having their cold brew delivered at their convenience. Through extensive research and multiple experiments, they identified a system and packaging that checks all the boxes. The insulated bag and freezer gel pack are both re-usable and the gel of the freezer pack is both drain safe and nitrogen rich (meaning it can be used as plant food)," states Mr. Mowery.
