SEATTLE, WA, April 22, 2021 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Keli Sim DeRitis, a cooking instructor and owner of Seattle-based tour company Poggi Bonsi, was forced to cancel all of her 2020 culinary classes and European tours due to COVID-19. The 180-page, hardbound book features over 90 recipes in 10 travel-themed menus. Filled with her full-color photos and original artwork, cooking tips, and suggested cocktail and wine pairings, this vibrant cookbook celebrates the culinary traditions of the author's favorite European locales.
Cooking with Poggi Bonsi: Traveling Through Food retails for $29.95 and is available at CookingWithPoggiBonsi.com and other select retailers.
