Saint James School of Medicine Upgrades its Customer Service Platform with Freshdesk to Improve the Student's Experience

    CHICAGO, IL, April 22, 2021 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, Saint James School of Medicine (SJSM) has seen an influx of inquiries surrounding their MD program. Consequently, their administration decided it was time to revamp their current student support software to find a more efficient system that will organize and address the increasing student population.

After months of research, SJSM is proud to announce they are naming Freshdesk as it's preferred student support software. This cloud-based student support software allows for their team of skilled professionals to efficiently communicate with individuals, both current and prospective students, across various platforms in a timely manner.
