Mr. Gordon Hoffman, General Partner of Northwest Technology Ventures, Joins BeSang Advisory Board

    PORTLAND, OR, June 17, 2021 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Mr. Gordon Hoffman, a general partner at Northwest Technology Ventures, has joined BeSang Inc. as a member of its advisory board. During his career he spent 17 years working in semiconductor design and manufacturing, and afterwards a similar amount of time in Electronic Design Automation (EDA) software prior to working in venture capital. He was a vice president of United Technologies Corporation, managing their microelectronics division delivering ASIC products. Later he founded and was CEO of Caedent Corporation, an EDA company devoted to integrated circuit test, which was acquired by Mentor Graphics Corporation. After Mentor he co-founded and became CEO of Eagle Design Automation, connecting software and hardware development of systems-on-a-chip (SOC) embedded designs. Eagle was later acquired by Viewlogic Systems. He then co-founded Northwest Technology Ventures (NTV), a venture capital firm, where he is currently a general partner.
