"While traditional firms might deliver a great plan, we deliver a great company"
DALLAS, TX, August 02, 2021 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Amira & Co has been unveiled as the new brand and operating name for leading boutique management consulting firm Global Perspectives. The firm was founded in 2014 by Amira elAdawi, a former Senior Principal at Booz & Co based on the belief that there is a better model for the management consulting industry to provide more enduring results to clients. Amira & Co is led by senior leaders with deep consulting experience from Big 5 firms, coupled with hands-on operational roles. As part of the rebranding the firm has also launched a new logo, visual identity, and website, www.amiraandco.com.
"Our mission is to deliver transformational change during post M&A integration and enterprise optimization, through a next generation model of management consulting, predicated on the importance of co-creation for long-term success," said Amira elAdawi, Founder and Managing Partner of Amira & Co. "This new corporate identity more sharply represents our distinct senior-led, hands-on approach," said Ms. elAdawi.
One of Amira & Co's key differentiators is how it partners with CEOs and leadership teams at a strategic level to define their new operating framework, while working with the entire organization to develop the operating plans with those who will own it once the engagement ends. This approach allows the firm to tactically embed as part of the organization, augmenting skills gaps and serving as connective tissue across the enterprise.
During integrations the firm applies a proprietary methodology that addresses all of the levers of deal success, leading to a more rigorous process and better outcomes. This approach helps ensure that goals are met or exceeded without risking operating culture and team motivation.
"While traditional firms might deliver a great plan, we deliver a great company," added Ms. elAdawi.
