Rx.Health and LiveCare announce Strategic Partnership to bring Remote Patient Monitoring Services to Health Systems, Payers and Pharma

Rx.Health and Livecare have successfully completed integration between Rx.Health's Prescription Universe Platform, RxUniverse, and LiveCare's proprietary Smart Home Gateway, the Link+ pendent hub.

Through this integration, Rx.Health expands its capabilities from deviceless patient interactions to now include device-based remote patient monitoring.

The Rx.Health Prescription Universe platform now provides physicians with the ability to prescribe the Link+ and remote monitoring devices directly to patients from directly within their EMR System.
