"We are so excited to partner with Little Engine as ACP expands into Texas. Both companies focus on providing the highest quality of care to our patients, treating them as if they were our children."
SAN ANTONIO, TX, August 19, 2021 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Advanced Care Partners, awarded INC. 5000's fastest-growing companies for six years in a row, announced today it has completed its acquisition of Little Engine Home Care Inc., (LEHC).
For over a decade, Advanced Care Partners (ACP), which is headquartered in Atlanta, GA, has served all 159 counties of Georgia, cities in South Florida, and is now looking to expand its services into the Texas markets. LEHC, a San Antonio, Texas-based company has been providing high-quality pediatric private duty nursing services to patients in San Antonio and its surrounding areas since 2006 making it an attractive acquisition for ACP to expand beyond its current presence in Georgia and Florida.
Greice Murphy, Founder of ACP, founded the company to help the medically fragile community and make a difference in patient lives while also providing opportunities for staff to develop additional skills and abilities in order to thrive and reach their full potential. It has been a years-long dream to see her beloved company grow and be able to bring services to additional families in need.
Why Little Engine?
ACP chose to partner with LEHC because of their similarities in core values, mission, and family culture. With this partnership, ACP hopes to provide additional resources for LEHC nurses to receive the most advanced clinical training and for San Antonio families to receive the highest quality of care.
A Different Name, Same Family Feel
ACP's goal is to integrate LEHC into its brand while keeping what makes LEHC successful alive. The ACP team prides itself in having a family culture and putting their staff and patients first at all costs; this is what they are hoping to bring to the LEHC team and service approach.
"We are so excited to partner with Little Engine as ACP expands into Texas. Both companies focus on providing the highest quality of care to our patients, treating them as if they were our children. We welcome Little Engine's dedicated caregivers, and their patients and loved ones, to the ACP family", Rich Hallworth, Chairman of the Board, Advanced Care Partners.
