Amelia McGrady Promoted to Director of Human Resources for Golden Shovel Agency

She began working with the company part-time in 2019 as Lead Publisher and grew to Human Resources Specialist in 2020 after receiving her Bachelor's degree in Human Resources from the University of St. Thomas.

Amelia has previous experience with interning in the HR department of Wagner Spray Tech and has applied her education and experience successfully to talent recruitment for Golden Shovel.

At Golden Shovel Agency, Amelia is responsible for posting available jobs, sourcing and screening candidates for open positions, training/onboarding, and creating an HR system that aligns with the organizational structure and goals of the company.
