His technique involves use of barbed suture that dissolves on its own within several months, and long-acting local anesthesia that minimizes pain associated with abdominoplasty. By eliminating drains and pain associated with prior techniques, patients can be mobilized quicker, avoiding many of the risks associated with tummy tuck including fluid collections, blood clots, and infection. In addition, his techniques for fat sculpting and suture placement help provide a more natural youthful contour particularly well suited for women following pregnancy.

His techniques describe a procedure that improve safety, aesthetic results, and is more efficient than previously described procedures.
