I'm solving a problem by integrating fertility education with other holistic practices that many are unaware of or have forgotten.
HOUSTON, TX, December 10, 2021 /24-7PressRelease/ -- According to a white paper published on the CDC website, about 6% of married women aged 15 to 44 years in the United States cannot get pregnant after one year of trying. In addition, about 12% of women aged 15 to 44 years in the United States have difficulty getting pregnant or carrying a pregnancy to term. Further studies suggest that Black women may be twice as likely to have fertility problems but are far less likely to seek or receive infertility treatment due to reproductive health equity regarding family planning services for women of color.
After stopping birth control, fertility educator Tamara B. Smith (Tam Inspires) experienced constant bloating, feeling numb, and emotionally exhausted due to her hormones previously being unnaturally regulated through medication.
Although she was single and dating, Tam Inspires would start a journey to find her fertility independence that would take ten years and lead to her teaching women worldwide how to track their menstrual cycle to prevent or promote pregnancy naturally.
"In the beginning, I had issues trusting myself and my body to track my cycle naturally. I feared unwanted pregnancy and withdrawal symptoms from going cold turkey off hormonal birth control. It took me a year to gain my confidence, and now I can say that I'm confident, fertile, and free after ten years!" – Tamara B. Smith, Tam Inspires
As a fertility educator and doula, Tam Inspires teaches women to identify what blockages hinder them from confidently and effectively tracking their fertility cycles to promote or prevent pregnancy. Tam does this by modeling her success and proven strategies to help other women gain confidence in tracking their cycles like a boss. In addition, by integrating fertility education with other holistic practices that many are unaware of or have forgotten, Tam can connect with women spiritually to see the hidden parts that need rebalancing.
In addition to her fertility services, Tam is a practicing fertility and Birth Doula, Certified and Registered Naturopathic Herbalist, Magical Alchemist, Herbal and Reiki Practitioner, Yoni Steam Facilitator, Naturopathic Detox Therapist, and Multimedia Educator.
