CCK Announces Two Promotions to Managing Attorney

    PROVIDENCE, RI, February 17, 2022 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Rhode Island-based law firm Chisholm Chisholm & Kilpatrick LTD (CCK) is pleased to congratulate Emma Peterson and Michael Lostritto for being promoted to Managing Attorney.

Attorneys Emma Peterson and Michael Lostritto joined the firm in 2014 and 2016, respectively. Both began working as Attorneys and then Supervising Attorneys, before being named Managing Attorneys this year. Attorneys Peterson and Lostritto focus on Veterans Law and represent disabled Veterans before the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims.

Prior to joining CCK, Attorney Peterson graduated from Connecticut College in 2007 and then graduated, cum laude, from Roger Williams University School of Law Honors Program in 2011. In addition to her work at CCK, Attorney Peterson also serves as Governor at Large on the Board of Governors for the Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims Bar Association.

Attorney Lostritto graduated magna cum laude from the University at Albany in 2009 and received his law degree cum laude from Albany Law School in 2014, where he served as an Associate Editor for the Albany Law Review.
