CHICAGO, IL, February 28, 2022 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Ed Tech start-up, Verbal Transactions, has been deeply involved in using their enterprise training simulator, ACES, to help companies build hands-on immersive simulations that enable users to interact verbally and haptically in realistic scenarios built to mirror employees' day to day activities.
"Knowing that many of our customers have existing tools in place used to build training programs, we decided to add a widget to our simulator that would allow them to continue using these tools, combined with our powerful NLP and coaching bot functionality, to boost the user experience," states Nancy Munro, CEO of Verbal Transactions.
"Today's eLearning platforms use the SCORM standard of tracking training, that only informs the organization when an employee completed a training activity and if they passed an assessment. Unlike ACES, these systems don't provide a scalable way to measure true skill readiness, or automate the measurement of skill gaps," states Nancy Munro.
Verbal Transactions launched their first examples of this new functionality using the popular Articulate Storyline eLearning platform, used by thousands of organizations. Trainers and Instructional Designers, can take their existing content and allow ACES to "turn on" its listening mode to capture interactive conversations that do not need to be recorded or sent to a manager for review. ACES built-in AI automates the observation of all interactions and provides detailed reports on exactly what was said correctly or incorrectly.
"When you can pro-actively capture skill gaps before they become employee errors, the CLO and Talent Management executives can demonstrate their ability to impact the business faster and add value to their role inside the organization."
Verbal Transactions plans on adding an API for seamless LMS integration in the future to streamline the integration of their robust system into the legacy LMS platforms.
Verbal Transactions provide voice enablement technology. Their key product ACES (accelerated cognitive engagement system) is a robust immersive simulation technology platform used to accelerate the rate at which employees learn tasks required to perform their job successfully. ACES includes a robust student tracking and reporting system to provide metrics on true skill readiness and skill transfer.
