BALTIMORE, MD, March 02, 2022 /24-7PressRelease/ -- MH Property Management, one of the premier property managers in Baltimore, held an online Info Session on the company's services earlier this week. The event highlighted the property management convenience and efficiency their clients have experienced over the past 18-months.
The event, which was held at the company's headquarters in Baltimore, was live-cast to an audience comprising current clients, prospective rental property investors and a range of professional industry participants. Presenters, who included company executives and operational leaders, showcased several client success stories to event participants.
Company CEO, Allan Meseroll, spoke to the "hot" rental property market in and around Baltimore, and stressed how challenging it is, for self-managed property owners, to deliver high-quality services to their renters and tenants:
"In 2021, Baltimore saw a median monthly rent of $1,550 for a three-bedroom home. That value represented a year-over-year increase of nearly 5% - which is more than the average rate of inflation. And, when renters pay you above-inflation rate increases – they expect premium services too!"
Allan noted that, self-managed rental property owners don't have the necessary networks and industry connections to deliver those premium services to their clients. As a result, many tenants complain online, which not only tarnishes the property owner's reputation, but also depreciates rental leverage of the property.
Highlighting several rave reviews, posted online by residents living at HM Property clients' units, Allan said:
"In today's highly-connected world, a Baltimore property management company can't afford to deliver poor service, and still have the power to demand premium rental rates…It just doesn't work that way anymore!"
In his presentation, company's Finance Director, Ms. Emilie Meseroll, explained the range of services that MH Properties offers its clients.
"As an end-to-end property manager, we deliver convenience and efficiency to our clients. We manage all aspects of a property management relationship - Residential, Commercial, Multi-family and Home Owner Association managed properties. from with its clients. We even support our clients Lot and Land management needs".
The session concluded with a Q&A segment. In her concluding remarks, Ms. Emilie Meseroll encouraged participants to only work through experienced property managers in Baltimore. Failure to do so can leave owners open to serious consequences.
