Diversity and inclusion are essential aspects to risk management
FORT LAUDERDALE, FL, March 18, 2022 /24-7PressRelease/ -- March 1st marks the beginning of Women's History Month! The National Association of Black Compliance & Risk Management Professionals, Inc. (www.nabcrmp.org) is proud to host its Women Leaders in Governance, Risk & Compliance event on March 30th-31st, 2022, spotlighting women leaders who are shaping their fields and impacting their professions, while also facilitating dialogue about issues critical to supporting the advancement, professional development, and mental well-being of all women in the workplace.
This year's inaugural gathering will focus on addressing the needs and concerns of the "Post-Pandemic Woman." The pandemic has, undoubtedly, taken a significant toll on women. One of the greatest lessons that we've learned over the course of the global pandemic is the need to prioritize self-care and mental well-being, and this is a trend that will likely continue even as we emerge from the pandemic. Given that, our discussions will focus on the mindset and organizational shifts that are necessary for transforming workplace culture into a psychologically safe environment for all women, and one that places high value on acceptance, belongingness and employee authenticity.
Our line-up of speakers will include executives from Amazon, Fidelity Investments, Medtronic, J.P. Morgan Chase, and many more. Sessions will center on issues impacting women of color, such as pay equity, intersectionality, mental health, authenticity and much more. Sponsorship Opportunities are also available.
