Over the years, he was promoted to Senior IRS Tax Attorney, then to the firm's Managing Attorney, then lastly to the firm's Executive Team as the Vice President of the firm.

Throughout these roles, Justin not only represented hundreds of taxpayers before the IRS, but also trained other tax attorneys and staff on how to do so, managed a large legal team, and then lastly managed the overall firm itself.

Kristin Hutton, tax attorney & co-owner of Hutton Tax Solutions, also started her career at the same IRS tax resolution firm as her husband, Justin. She was promoted to the Supervisor of the Legal Department and later to the Manager of the Legal Department. Kristin also met with prospective clients to see how the firm could help them and determine the best plan to do so.
