Fusion 59 Opening Soon!

    HOUSTON, TX, May 12, 2022 /24-7PressRelease/ -- The city's new eatery and mixology on S. Wilcrest Dr, Fusion 59, opens its doors on May 17! Fusion 59 will serve delectable food and drinks, and will be a go-to spot everyone can enjoy!

Open seven days a week, it'll be the place to dine with friends or family. What's on the menu? Some incredible things! Appetizers include empanadas, ribeye sliders, calamari, and more — yum! Main courses include beef tenderloin, gulf red snapper, lobster ravioli, and pizzas — amongst other sensatiable things!

Head Chef, Juan Rios, says Fusion 59 will be serving exclusive meats and imported cheeses to differentiate itself from other restaurants in Houston. Rios trained to be a chef in Argentina, and has been working in the food industry for more than 30 years. He will be making five homemade pasta sauces at Fusion 59, including a special spicy fettuccini sauce that people can look look forward to enjoying.

Food isn't the only thing that will have customers racing through the doors. The drinks are incredible, and created especially for Fusion 59. Beverage Director, JoJo Martinez, is a famous bar tender, who's won both the Woodlands Margarita festival and the Houston Margarita Festival. Jojo went to bar tending school in San Antonio and has been in the beverage industry for 21 years. 

"I like to take classics and give them a twist," says Martinez while describing the Fusion 59 margarita, which is made with rose water and garnished with sea salt and dried rose petals. 

There's also custom cocktails and other creative drinks customers can look forward to. The owner of Fusion 59, Jayesh Patel, aimed to create the perfect combination of flavors and atmosphere, and once customers walk through the door, they'll see he's done just that.
