Wellstar Purchases 7.12 Acres in Cobb County, GA Adjacent to Wellstar Vinings Health Park

    ATLANTA, GA, May 13, 2022 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Wellstar Health System has purchased 7.12 acres in Cobb County, GA, for $5.4 million in a transaction brokered by the Ackerman/Pioneer Land Advisory Group. The property is located on Winchester Parkway adjacent to Wellstar Vinings Health Park at 4441 Atlanta Road SE.

The Ackerman/Pioneer Land Advisory Group's John Speros, JT Speros and Kyle Gable represented the seller, Winchester Partners LP.

Wellstar purchased three parcels: 4.29 acres at 1250 Winchester Pkwy, 1.37 acres at 1190 Winchester Pkwy and 1.379 acres that is used as Winchester Parkway.
