Exit Planning Institute Raises $50,000 for Phoenix Children's Foundation

    SCOTTSDALE, AZ, May 17, 2022 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Exit Planning Institute (EPI) today announced that it raised more than $50,000 for the Phoenix Children's Foundation at its sixth annual Summit Charity Giveback Social. The fundraiser took place in Scottsdale, Ariz. on May 2, on the second evening of EPI's annual Exit Planning Summit, an educational and networking event.

A live and a silent auction provided attendees at the Social the opportunity to bid on sports memorabilia, jewelry and travel packages that included a one-week stay in Hawaii and an "EPI Experience" package that consists of a trip to Cleveland for two days of educational workshops and hands-on practice support, as well as dining, entertainment, and accommodations. Attendees could also make a direct donation to the Phoenix Children's Foundation.

"Charitable giving has always been an important part of the exit planning ethos," said Scott Snider, President, EPI. "Certified exit planning professionals will counsel their business owner clients on how to incorporate a giving strategy as part of their exit plan to achieve a number of different goals, including supporting the communities where we live and work. After a two-year hiatus, this year's Exit Planning Summit was the largest-ever conference focused on exit planning. It brought together hundreds of professionals who work with and guide small to lower middle market business owners, including financial advisors, CPAs, business consultants, investment bankers and others for two and half days of inspirational talks, educational sessions, and networking opportunities.
