By encapsulating robust features and functionality, Yo!Coach has been enhanced to enable business owners to launch their online tutoring or consultation business with ease.

What is New?

Lesson Subscription- Learners will get an option to subscribe to a tutor's lessons for a month, post which the lesson subscription will be charged from the learner's wallet. If enough money is not in the wallet, then the subscription will expire.

Group Class Package Management- Tutors can create a series of group classes. These will be listed as a package and will be available to the learners for enrollment.

Theme Management- Admin can now manage the theme of the platform and emails by selecting brand colours as primary and secondary colours. This will help in branding.

Bank Transfer Payment Gateway- Now learners will be able to select bank transfer as a payment method. Payment will be done through an offline payment method and on the basis of receipts submitted by the learner, the admin will mark the lesson payment as paid.

Inline Scheduling- The processing of an order has been simplified as learners can schedule their lessons while booking a session. Moreover, an availability calendar is also the part of booking process now. This lets the learners schedule more than 1 lesson at a time.

Enhancements

UI Upgrades- The admin theme has been modified and the UI/UX has been improved. Even the features have been categorized under the relevant menu.

Speed Increase- The code has been refactored where the number of total users that load in less than a second is more than 50,000. There are also 64,000 group classes on the demo. Hence, the speed of Yo!Coach has been improved from its core.

Admin Reports- In order to view refunds, commission, and teacher payouts, settlement reports have been added.

Order Listing and Details in Admin and User Dashboards- Details regarding transactions, time, and users have been added to the order listing. Similarly, for a summarized view, more details have been added to the admin dashboard.

Learner Withdrawl Request from the Wallet
This feature enables learners to withdraw money from their wallets if sufficient funds are available.

Here's What to Expect in the Next Release

Course Module Functionality- Besides the above-mentioned new features and enhancements, Yo!Coach will be equipped with a course module functionality in the next release.

Community Forums will be added to Yo!Coach- This feature will be added to Yo!Coach to increase customer engagement where users can engage with each other on topics similar to their interests.
