This year Agiliway marks its 7th anniversary

    AUSTIN, TX, August 22, 2022 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Before marking its 7th birthday, Agiliway has recently opened its 4th office in Krakow, Poland, in addition to the ones in Lviv and Chernivtsi, Ukraine, and Austin, Texas. When the full-on invasion of Ukraine began, Agiliway acted decisively and quickly opened an office in Poland. "The current situation in Ukraine became a trigger to boost the process under BCP. Today, we already have over a dozen Agiliway team members relocated to Poland," said Sergiy Korniyenko, CEO and Co-Founder of Agiliway.

Since its establishment, the Agiliway team has focused on the growth and advancement of its technological stack that helps to get more business opportunities and connections. With international organizations emphasizing the importance of data security and protection, Agiliway was acknowledged with ISO 27001:2013 certification. This was a significant step for the further development of the company as the certificate evaluates all data security and management strategies. This is additional proof of the company's reliability and stability.

Another major milestone of this year was Agiliway becoming a Microsoft Gold Partner. The company's projects portfolio, as well as skill pool, are also growing owing to the partnership with Microsoft. For clients, this is another proof of a company's stability, reliability, high level of expertise, and access to a major software development community.

To maintain and enhance the expertise of the specialists, Agiliway has started a mentoring program where senior specialists share their knowledge and experience with the juniors. The program has shown great results as team members do not only get to grow professionally but also connect on a personal level.
