Amni Corporation Welcomes Three New Directors to its Board

    NEW YORK, NY, September 13, 2022 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Mr. Vassil Lefterov, a leading expert in online broadcasting and seasoned professional with over 25 years experience in digital media, software innovation and technology services fields, from start-up to established and restructuring phases, joined Amni Board of Directors this quarter.

Mr. Lefterov is the CEO of ATHENSA.TV, a San Diego-based company with leading technology in Channel-in-a-Box solutions for global broadcasting and streaming.

Gerald Alexander, Ph.D, a leading telecommunication and surveillance expert, is the CEO of G&A Surveillance with over 32 years in the telecommunication Industry.

Engineer Olayinka Omopariola has over three decades of technical leadership experience in Aircraft Structures Engineering in the US Aerospace and Defense Industry. He is an aircraft stress, fatigue, and damage tolerance expert, Military and Commercial (fixed and rotary wing) aircrafts. He led a team of highly skilled structures engineers stationed in the US and Europe.

During his address to journalists to welcome the new directors, Dr. Idris Olagoke Badmus, Chairman and CEO of AMNI Corporation, expressed his satisfaction and confidence in the new leadership of Amni Corporation.
