RICHLAND HILLS, TX, October 03, 2022 /24-7PressRelease/ -- The Community Enrichment Center (CEC)'s annual Love and Hope Gala featured Texas country music artist, Aaron Watson. Both Watson and CEC share a love for the people of Texas, especially those going through hard times. The event was held at the Texas Motor Speedway and included a dinner, silent auction and concert. The annual fundraising gala enables CEC to assist Tarrant County families and individuals as they transition out of crisis situations through programs including employment readiness, high school equivalency, financial coaching, counseling, safe housing and offering food and basic necessities.
"We are so grateful for our sponsors, volunteers and staff who made this event a success. The event brings together those who have a heart for people who have fallen on hard times and need a helping hand," commented Carolyn Sims, Interim CEO of CEC. "With the current economic conditions, we are seeing more families struggling and in need of the extra assistance CEC provides. The Love & Hope Gala provides the resources that allow us to give the support these individuals and families need."
