Mission K9 Rescue and The Warrior Dog Foundation work to place retired military working dogs in comfortable, peaceful, and loving homes for the remainder of their lives after their service has ended.
COTO DE CAZA, CA, November 08, 2022 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Sports notables from professional hockey, football, baseball and golf are set to tee up Nov. 21 to raise money to save retired military working dogs at Mission K9's 4th Annual Retired Military Working Dogs Fundraiser in Orange County.
The golf tournament and silent auction will be held all day on Monday, Nov. 21, 2022, at Coto de Caza Golf & Racquet Club, 25291 Vista Del Verde, Coto De Caza, CA 92679. Proceeds go to benefit Mission K9 Rescue and The Warrior Dog Foundation.
Military working dogs help to protect troops, detect bombs, and fight terrorism. Mission K9 Rescue and The Warrior Dog Foundation work to place these heroic dogs in comfortable, peaceful, and loving homes for the remainder of their lives after their time in service has ended.
"This is such a cool event and our major fundraiser each year," says Bob Bryant, co-founder of Mission K9 Rescue. "We will have a working dog demonstration as well as many dogs there that fans can interact with."
The amazing military K9 demonstration with military trainer Dustin Winn will be held around 2:45 p.m. Ticket holders and invited guests will be able to meet and greet retired military rescue dogs and rescue organization staff before, during and after the tournament.
