Through their collective efforts, College HUNKS and U.S. Hunger will be delivering 56,000 meals to Southwest Florida, which was one of the harder hit areas of the recent major storm.

Teams from U.S. Hunger will be packing meals in the Orlando area. College HUNKS will be loading the meals into their trucks and driving the meals to Fort Myers for those in need.

Hurricane Ian hit Southwest Florida in late September. The Category 4 storm is considered the deadliest to strike Florida since the 1935 Labor Day storm. There were more than 90 fatalities in Florida.
