Throughout her career, Burjorjee has specifically focused on financial sector development, market facilitation and gender inclusive programming. In her latest role at IFC, Burjorjee was responsible for developing a new business line addressing barriers to private sector investment in the Middle East, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Central Asia and Turkey. She successfully developed an Advisory portfolio expected to translate into over $600M in IFC own account investments over the next 3 years across climate, financial inclusion, and small business portfolios.
