Shareholders of the Great Lakes Small Cap Opportunity Fund, Great Lakes Large Cap Value Fund and Great Lakes Disciplined Equity Fund voted to reorganize the funds in a tax free transaction into the Cambiar Small Cap Fund and Cambiar Opportunity Funds. The acquisition added assets of $66 million.
