Cambiar Investors Completes Acquisition of Three Great Lakes Advisors Funds

    DENVER, CO, December 12, 2022 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Cambiar Investors, a leading global relative value manager, announced today the completion of the acquisition of three mutual funds from Great Lakes Advisors. Shareholders of the Great Lakes Small Cap Opportunity Fund, Great Lakes Large Cap Value Fund and Great Lakes Disciplined Equity Fund voted to reorganize the funds in a tax free transaction into the Cambiar Small Cap Fund and Cambiar Opportunity Funds. The acquisition added assets of $66 million.
