His expertise includes Client Management, Operations, Process Transitions, People Management & Program Management. Guna has vast experience in the Real Estate domain and successfully solutioned and transitioned End to End Lease Administration, Property Accounting processes, Data conversion/migration, and System implementation functions for large companies across North America, APAC, and Europe. 
 
Guna has supported Global Real Estate clients in multiple roles during his tenure with his previous organization NTrust Infotech where he headed a dynamic business unit with a team of ~160 Associates focusing on multi-faceted processes.
 
In his new role, Guna will primarily focus on Client Relationships, expansion of offshore businesses and further strengthening service delivery. He will closely work with Suresh Kumar Sambasivam, Chief Operating Officer and the other members of Quantra Technology Solutions as the company continues to onboard new clients around the globe.
