Kennedy Denounces Trump Indictment

    LAS VEGAS, NV, June 11, 2023 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Ronda Kennedy, Nevada Republican United States Senate candidate denounced the federal indictment of Donald J. Trump. Kennedy, an attorney, said the case was just smoke and mirrors like the Manhattan case brought against Trump by woke District Attorney Alvin Bragg. Kennedy said the case has no legal merit, it is raw politics to prevent Trump from running against Joe Biden because Democrats know Biden is unelectable. The reason the Justice Department went to a grand jury for the indictment was they knew the old saying you could indict a ham sandwich with a grand jury and in their attempt to derail Trump's presidential candidacy they will do anything. The indictment like the one in Manhattan is just another attempt by Democrats to interfere with the electoral process and undermine Donald J. Trump who they fear. Kennedy pointed out there is no precedent in American history for what Democrats are doing with these indictments and they are turning the nation into a banana republic.

She said this is just further politicization of the Federal Department of Justice under Joe Biden and Merrick Garland. Kennedy said that Joe Biden's Department of Justice goes after anyone who opposes Biden and his woke philosophy from parents at school board meetings to Donald J. Trump. There are two tiers of justice under Joe Biden – one for Democrats and then another for Republicans.

"The federal indictment of Donald J. Trump is not about the law, it is all about politics," said Ronda Kennedy. "Democrats are using the courts to try to undermine the 2024 election because they know Joe Biden cannot win. This is pure politics not law.

"Shame on the federal prosecutors who are practicing politics rather than law," continued Kennedy. "They are a disgrace to their profession and their office. If they want to prosecute Donald J. Trump over these White House documents lets indict Barack Obama, Joe Biden, George W. Bush, and the rest who all did the same thing.

"What we should be prosecuting is the criminal and treasonous Biden family," concluded Kennedy. "Joe Biden, Hunter Biden, and the rest of the Biden family makes the Corleone family in the Godfather look like saints."
