During the Art Week in Basel, The Art Talks & The Art Talk Magazine Announce Their Partnership with All.Art to Launch the World's First VR (Virtual Reality) Arts and Culture Magazine

    ZURICH, SWITZERLAND, June 12, 2023 /24-7PressRelease/ -- The Art Talk Magazine VR will feature over 20 articles in the form of artworks hung in ultra realistic exhibition style gallery spaces, with screens featuring Art Talks video interviews in lieu of written articles. Carolina Conforti, Co-Founder of The Art Talks and the Art talk Magazine stated:"We wanted to share with our audience the passion of the artists, curators, gallerists, writers, and collectors we interview, and what better way than by actually hearing and seeing them in-person!" Francois-Laurent Renet, Co-Founder of The Art Talks and the Art Talk Magazine added: "Carolina and I spent countless hours interviewing extraordinary art world actors, and countless hours more transcribing them into written articles. It became obvious that the written content was difficult to consume on mobile devices, and small screens, so when we met the All.Art team at the Vatican in 2022, the idea for the VR and mobile player version of the Art Talk Magazine was born!"

When the world shut down because of COVID, the art world went into shock," says Conforti, "and my Art Walks through the galleries of Europe came to an unthinkable end". Founded in 2020 at the height of the lockdowns as a means for the global art community to stay connected remotely through "vidcasts", The Art Talks added in 2021 an arts and culture focused magazine, the Art Talk Magazine. There are now over 150 Art Talks, and by June 2023 the Art Talk Magazine has published eight quarterly magazines, and three special issues featuring such figures of the art world as Princess Alia Al Senussi, Philanthropist & Patron of the Arts, Beatrice Bulgari, founder of In-Between Films, Giovanna Caruso Fendi, Founder of FOROF in Rome & Sophie Neuendorf, President of Artnet, to name a few. "We are so proud of what the Art Talks and the Art Talk Magazine have become," says Renet. "From a Zoom with a 40 minute imposed limit for a free account, and a digital magazine with then little graphic design skills, they have evolved into a network and publication with content consumed by thousands of art professionals, aficionados and collectors."

The next edition of the Art Talk Magazine VR, to be published in October 2023, "The Pink Edition" is in support of Breast Cancer Awareness month. "The foundation of the Art Talks and the Art Talk Magazine, has been rooted in support from the onset" says Conforti, "from emerging artists, to addressing the 17 Goals of the United Nations, and cross continental collaborations, it has been our mission to give a voice to the voiceless through the language of arts. The October issue will see a broadening of its arts and culture coverage with "dynamic visual articles" on literature, music, fashion, gastronomy and film. "is this the future for the publishing industry?" wonders Renet, "For us it is a way to bring together multiple generations across the globe, to an inclusive arts and culture world where only passion and respect are required!"
