The latest addition to the beauty scene in Arlington, Texas, this Salon and Spa Galleria Six Flags Dr location is a natural career progression for beauty entrepreneur Edith Carreon.

"I started in high school, waxing eyebrows as a hobby," recalls the entrepreneur. "When I came of age, I started bartending, and while at work, it gave me a chance to reflect on what I wanted for a long-term career. Ultimately, I was inspired to reconnect with my interest in the beauty industry."

"I started learning my way around permanent makeup in February of this year. At first, I was practicing at home. Then I became certified with Brows by Linnie in March."

Soon, on June 19th, when the welcome mat goes live, InkssbyEdith will be offering one of the most popular permanent makeup services: ombre powder brows, which is a semi permanent procedure that uses a handheld tattoo machine to insert small dots of pigment into the skin.
