Ackerman & Co. Developing 511,000-SF Logistics Park in Selma, Texas

Firm's expansion in the San Antonio market continues with development of two Class A facilities on a site located 17 miles northeast of downtown.

    SAN ANTONIO, TX, August 10, 2023 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Expanding its presence in the San Antonio industrial market, Ackerman & Co. will develop Corporate Drive Industrial Complex, two Class A distribution facilities totaling 511,000 square feet in Selma, Texas, on a prime site located 17 miles northeast of downtown San Antonio.

The facilities – 274,000-square-foot Building 1 and 237,000-square-foot Building 2 – are under construction in the pad development phase on 32 acres acquired by Ackerman & Co. and its long-time investment partner Baltisse US Inc. The target delivery of the two buildings is 1Q 2024.

John Colglazier, Kyle Kennan and Lindsey Tucker of Partners (formerly NAI Partners) are leading leasing efforts for the buildings, located at 9388 Corporate Drive.

Corporate Drive Industrial Complex will offer state-of-the-art features to meet the requirements of today's high-efficiency distribution operations. The rear-load facilities will feature 32 to 36 foot clear-height options and a total of 647 parking spaces and 59 additional trailer parking spaces.

In addition to the Corporate Drive project, Ackerman & Co.'s projects in San Antonio include Doerr Lane Logistics Center, which offers 307,000 square feet of Class A distribution space. Completed in March 2023, the industrial park's tenants include MEI Rigging and Crating (112,935 SF) and Quality Custom Distribution (116,176 SF).
