He has spent over two decades helping some of the largest Learning & Development (L&D) companies in the world, including FranklinCovey, VitalSmarts, Miller Heiman Group, achieve Forum, and ELB Learning (formerly eLearning Brothers) - and their clients increase profitability by creating learning experiences that get the desired performance change.
