Free Holiday Sound Healing Event at Ellicottville Church Features Gongs, Singing Bowls by Rev. Suzy Woo

    ELLICOTTVILLE, NY, November 28, 2023 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Rev. Suzy Woo, B.Msc. of Ellicottville is extending an open invitation to join her at the United Church of Ellicottville December 8th at 6:30pm to experience a powerful sound healing event designed to allow inner peace and forgiveness to be restored in our bodies and in our lives.

Ms. Woo will be playing large gongs with sacred geometry etched into them, along with quartz singing bowls and other sound healing instruments to create a dynamic healing experience which "helps cleanse the toxins of the body at cellular level, allowing the person to experience a deep-level sense of acceptance, compassion, self-love, forgiveness, inner peace and divine love."

"Holding onto resentment, anger, or guilt over a long period of time will eventually create illness in the physical body," Ms Woo reports. "That can show up as inflammation, anxiety, depression, and self-harming behaviors for example. Most are walking around carrying a lifetime's accumulation of heavy emotional burden.

Some examples of these pains are: not feeling good enough, abandonment wounds, neglect, rejection or abuse by a parent or other person of authority. It could be grief, heartbreak, or trauma from the event like losing a loved before you had a chance to get to them, or before you were able to reconcile differences, or maybe you didn't get to offer your best to someone when you had the chance. Maybe you feel bad for hurting someone, or someone hurt you so deeply that you can't process it enough to regain your power. This will help you to heal."

"This work combines science and spirituality. Ms. Woo has been doing public outdoor sound healing events in Ellicottville over the past year, in which people volunteered to receive individual healing, and experienced it profoundly. One woman reported that her shoulder and lower back pain had left that afternoon at Ellicottville gazebo, and had not returned 3 months later.

Attendees may experience that their pain and heaviness becomes minimized, if not dissolving altogether. The church's acoustics will be incredible to host such an event. "Marking the 43rd anniversary of the day John Lennon was assassinated, this is a good day to pray for peace. Peace in the world has to start at the micro level. That means inside, with the self. Peace within will create peace without. Love truly does heal all."

Ms. Woo will be taking her sound healing event on the road in 2024, visiting Nashville TN, Denver CO, Delray Beach FL, and other cities to share how frequency, intention and sound can heal the human anatomy; at the same time breathing new life into churches. Her goal is to purchase a church to repurpose as a community healing center in Cattaraugus or Chautauqua County.

The event is taking place December 8th at 6:30pm at The United Church of Ellicottville, 51 Elizabeth Street, in the village of Ellicottville.
