Oaks at Aiken Assisted Living & Memory Care is located at 3400 Whiskey Road, just South of Chukker Creek Road. This community offers service to residents of Aiken, and surrounding areas including, but not limited to Warrenville, New Ellenton and Montmorenci.

The two-story craftsman-style community will become home to around 84 seniors, bring 55+ jobs to Aiken, and feature 76 units.
