Grand Legal Victory for KAILASA's Hindus!

    LOS ANGELES, CA, February 03, 2024 /24-7PressRelease/ -- In a significant legal triumph, the Honorable Gujarat High Court has dismissed all the charges in the false case in Gujarat against THE SUPREME PONTIFF OF HINDUISM (SPH), BHAGAVAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM, and KAILASA, orchestrated by Hindumisic forces. This landmark decision marks another milestone in the lawfare faced by THE SPH and KAILASA amidst ongoing persecution.

AS RECORDED IN THE PRECEDING PARAS AND AS OBSERVED IN THE EARLIER ORDERS OF THE COURT BE CONCERN WITH REGARDS TO THE WELL-BEING OF THE CORPORA WERE TO BE ASCERTAINED AND ACCORDINGLY THE COURT HAD DECLARED IN ITS ORDER DATES SO AND SO THAT THE CORPORA WOULD BE AVAILABLE VIA A SAFE LINK OR VIDEO CONFERENCE THE VIDEO CONFERENCING WAS THUS ORGANISED ON 10 01 2024 WHERE THE CORPUS APPEARED ONLINE WITH THE COURT AND ATTENDED IN THE CHAMBER BY THE LEARNED ADVOCATE FOR THE RESPECTIVE PARTIES FOR THE PETITIONER SO AND SO AND FOR THE RESPONDANT SO AND SO. THE INTERACTION WITH CORPORA WOULD INDICATE THAT THEY WERE NOT WITH ANY ILLEGAL CONFINEMENT NOT ONLY THAT BUT THEY HAD ALSO INDICATED THAT THEY ARE OUT OF THEIR FREE WILL RESIDING AT SO AND SO PLACE AND HAVE DECIDED TO CONTINUE TO RESIDE THERE AND FOLLOW THE SPIRITUAL PATH WHICH THEY HAVE CONSCIOUSLY DECIDED TO FOLLOW. THEY HAVE ALSO INDICATED ABOUT THE SPIRITUAL SESSIONS WHICH THEY UNDERTAKE WHICH ARE FOLLOWED BY MANY PEOPLE ALL ACROSS THE WORLD THE COURT FINDING THE SAME TO BE RELIABLE IS UNABLE TO CONCLUDE THAT THE CORPORA ARE IN ANY MANNER UNDER ANY DURESS OR INFLUENCE THOUGH LEARNED ADVOCATE FOR THE PETITIONER HAS SOUGHT TO RAISE OBJECTION ABOUT THE PLACE FROM WHERE THE CORPORA HAVE APPEARED ONLINE BEFORE THIS COURT HOWEVER HAVING INTERVIEWED BOTH THE CORPORA THE COURT IS SATISFIED THAT BOTH ARE ADULTS MATURE ENOUGH TO UNDERSTAND THEIR WELL BEING AND APPARENTLY ARE HAPPY AT THE PLACE WERE THEY ARE PRESENTLY RESIDING AND ON THEIR SPIRITUAL PATH. IN VIEW OF THE AFORESAID THE COURT DEEMS IT FIT TO DISCHARGE THE NOTICE AND DISMISS THE PETITION ACCORDINGLY THE VIRTUAL INTERACTION WITH THE CORPORA HAS BEEN RECORDED AND REGISTRY IS DIRECTED TO PRESERVE SUCH RECORDING AS PART OF THE RECORD OF THIS CASE WITH THE AFORESAID THE PETITION STANDS DISMISSED.

The Hon'ble Court has dismissed the baseless malicious case filed by Hindumisic elements against the SPH and rejected the baseless allegations of abduction, child trafficking, illegal confinement among other ludicrous and malevolent accusations. These allegations had previously led to brutal attacks and the illegal destruction of KAILASA's Yogini Sarvajnapeetam, jeopardizing the lives and religious rights of its nuns and students of the traditional school or gurukul.

The malicious spread of these false allegations by the Hindumisic media not only in Gujarat but globally, was a concerted effort to do character assassination of the SPH and KAILASA, thereby impeding its humanitarian efforts and the resurgence of Hindu feminism and women empowerment at the core of KAILASA's mission.

Gujarat HC dismisses false charges.

Furthermore, in a preceding victory earlier this year, the Indian Court at Ramanagara charged Hindumisic extremist and serial rapist Lenin Karuppan for the crimes of rape, extortion, and criminal intimidation committed against THE SPH and KAILASA. This action was taken in response to the creation and dissemination of a malicious deepfake video aimed at extorting a massive sum of over 100 crore rupees or 12 million USD from KAILASA.

YouTube has also taken steps to curb the spread of harmful deepfake content related to this lawfare, blocking over 110 videos featuring malicious, obscene deepfake content that gathered a total of more than 80 million views across multiple channels totaling more than 160 million subscribers. YouTube has recognized the malicious nature of these deepfakes and, apart from a geographical block, has issued a strict warning unequivocally justifying its actions

These victories once again underscore the innocence of and and the targeted attacks against THE SUPREME PONTIFF OF HINDUISM and highlight the ongoing persecution against Him and KAILASA's followers, drawing increasing support from legal entities and international organizations.
