Virentes Partners Group recruits experienced executive to optimize operations for expanding restaurant portfolio

    BLUFFTON, SC, April 10, 2024 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Virentes Partners Group, a private investment platform that provides flexible capital and operational expertise to leading brands, today announced the appointment of Andrew Povec as VP-Operations. Povec, who has spent half his life in the industry, will oversee all restaurant operations for Virentes' newly created hospitality division.

Povec will be responsible for working with portfolio companies on store openings--including selection and implementation of the operation, training and marketing teams--and all facets of restaurant operations after launch.

Povec joins Virentes Hospitality Group from Quality Fresca, the largest franchise group for Moe's Southwest Grills, where he was regional director of operations, overseeing more than 60 locations. He was previously regional VP for Tijuana Flats Tex-Mex, where he was the most rapidly promoted operations executive in the history of the company.
