BALTIMORE, MD, August 05, 2024 /24-7PressRelease/ -- In a major step forward for healthcare technology, Softhread is pleased to announce a collaborative pilot project with the Baltimore VA Medical Center to beta test its state-of-the-art Chios™ QR-X-Change solution. This pilot is supported by a Phase II Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) grant from the National Science Foundation (NSF), recognizing the potential of this technology to significantly improve the exchange of precision healthcare data and metadata.
The Chios™ QR-X-Change platform is designed to address the ongoing significant interoperability challenges in precision healthcare and life sciences. Tailored to meet the specific requirements of the VA Healthcare System, the AI-enabled and blockchain-powered platform facilitates the secure, confidential and efficient exchange of complex precision healthcare data and metadata, ensuring compliance with existing regulatory standards, while optimizing clinical quality and safety.
