LOS ANGELES, CA, October 16, 2024 /24-7PressRelease/ -- MOSTe (Motivating Our Students Through Experience) collaborated with Ares Management ANEW (Ares Network of Empowered Women) to host a career fair designed for young women from underserved communities. Held at Ares Management's Los Angeles headquarters, the event offered MOSTe Scholars an opportunity to explore professional career paths, interact with industry experts, and gain insights into thriving in various roles.

The career fair featured five specialized sessions, where Ares professionals shared insights from departments such as Investor Relations, Compliance/Legal, Human Resources, Information Technology, and Strategy Operations. Scholars engaged in discussions about the specific skills required in these fields and the challenges and rewards of various career paths.

A highlight of the event was an elevator pitch session, which allowed scholars to practice their professional presentations and develop networking and communication skills. This hands-on activity provided students with a valuable perspective on the importance of personal branding and first impressions in the workplace.
