Leading Science Analyst Drafts Congressional Repeal of Vaccine Injury Law Protecting Big Pharma Against Liability

    LAS VEGAS, NV, November 17, 2024 /24-7PressRelease/ -- A leading vaccine injury science analyst, Dr. Leonard G. Horowitz, has drafted a Congressional resolution to repeal the law protecting drug companies from liability at taxpayer expense. The proposed repeal encourages bureaucratic review favoring President Trump's appointment of Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. as HHS Secretary; restraints on the "revolving door" influence over government by drug companies; and alternative remedies for better health and safety.

Credited by CDC officials as largely responsible for the "anti-vaccination" movement worldwide, Dr. Horowitz is the oldest living, most prolific, drug industry critic having authored the best-selling medical tome in this field titled, Emerging Viruses: AIDS & Ebola—Nature, Accident or Intentional? The doctor's drafted legislation has been submitted to Florida Congressman Byron Donalds (R) to advance a meeting regarding the proposed repeal. Copies of the proposed legislation have also been sent to Mr. Kennedy.

Kennedy's Appeal for "Safer Vaccines"

"I applaud Mr. Kennedy's administration of the Children's Health Defense, back his mercury toxicity autism arguments, celebrate his environmental activism, but oppose the politics influencing his claim that he doesn't oppose vaccinations," Horowitz said. "Kennedy insists he only seeks to improve vaccine safety. That's noble but delusional. The fact is, you can never make vaccines 'safe' because of their toxic ingredients."

According to Horowitz, the notion of 'safer vaccines' is a red herring. It diverts from corruption and the inherent risks from piercing the skin to inject chemical immunogens, lymphatic modulators, and DNA disruptors.

"The skin is your fundamental barrier to preventing infectious diseases" he argues. "In order to make vaccines 'safe,' or even 'safer,' you would need to remove toxic mercury, aluminum, formaldehyde, formalin, MSG, polysorbate 80, tween, chemical stabilizers and sterilizers, adjuvants, graphene, and foreign proteins from bacteria, viruses, fungus, yeast, chicken embryos, bovine fetal serum, monkey kidney tissues, and for smallpox its cow pus."

Besides toxic chemical additives, the injection of foreign proteins into the blood prompts autoimmune diseases, the doctor warns.

In addition, the infusion of foreign genetic materials include animal and microbial DNA and RNA that arguably converts humans into genetically-modified organisms ('GMOs').

With COVID mRNA injections, erroneously called 'immunizations,' the spike protein antigen is a lab engineered 'gain of function bioweapon' that is now linked to myriad illnesses, including lymphatic cancers, according to the doctor's published science.

Horowitz's position is considered "radical" compared to Kennedy's "safer" vaccines appeal. Nonetheless, common sense, not politics, governs the doctor's position.

"The field of natural immunology and alternative medicine has advanced far beyond the limitations and political impositions of vaccinations for prevention," the doctor insists.

Justification for the Repeal

The proposed NCVIA repeal raises "serious concerns" pursuant to health, safety, governmental waste, and duplication of public and private investments in vaccine research, development. and distribution.

According to Dr. Horowitz, the distribution and use of vaccines has been "influenced by private foundations and institutions with known conflicting interests."

"Revolving door" bias in coordinating governmental and private sector vaccination policies and activities has come under fire from President Trump. At the same time, science-based alternatives have advanced reducing threats to public health and safety, making risky vaccines obsolete, the doctor argues.

Most important, long term safety and efficacy is compromised by environmental, toxicological, genetic, immunological, and subclinical impacts that may not be known, nor even arise for months or years, following vaccinations, the proposed repeal states.

Whereas the 1986 "Compensation Program" involves costly and burdensome bureaucracy, more petitions and lawsuits have been dismissed than those conceded, decided, or settled.

Moreover, there is now widespread public awareness and "general acceptance" of vaccination risks, especially following the alleged fraud in the COVID-19 vaccination campaign. This compromises public confidence in current government/industry policies, and spurs resistance to vaccination mandates.

Accordingly, the doctor points to "statistical research and analysis regarding the public's acceptance of vaccination recommendations compromised by misinformation, disinformation, censorship, and conflicting interests" of private pollsters, data-miners, intelligence service providers, and publishers.

Whereas public confidence in vaccination safety, efficacy, and governmental oversight and assurances thereof, has been repeatedly compromised by false and misleading publications and censorship, the political influence over vaccine science has damaged reputability and public confidence in the industry.

Long-term vaccine safety and efficacy research has become increasingly complicated by advances in immunology, and compromised by the inherent multifactorial and multidisciplinary complexity of immune system modulation.

The antiquated NCVIA "shifts the burden from the private sector to government, damaged citizens, and taxpayers," Dr. Horowitz argues.

Additional objections to the NCVIA concern the "under-reporting of vaccine injuries and social damage commonly due to: (1) delayed adverse reactions; (2) psychosocial disincentives; (3) medical-legal liabilities; and (4) bureaucratic and procedural burdens."

All of this undermines the public interest and social benefits of current vaccination policies, the doctor says.
