The Nationals program attracts hundreds of entries from real estate professionals throughout North America across a broad range of categories and development disciplines.

Silver Award winners are eligible for the Nationals' coveted Gold Awards, which judges determine from the elite group of Silver Award winners in each category. Both Silver and Gold winners are celebrated as a featured element of NAHB's International Builders' Show. The Nationals gala is Feb. 25 at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas.

Amblebrook at Gettysburg secured a full slate of Silver Awards, including:
