Edison Elementary School, will be included as an honored member in the 2008-2009 edition of the Cambridge Who's Who Executive, Professional, and Entrepreneurial Registry for excellence in education. Ms. Palombo specializes in teaching mathematics, science, social studies and English language arts to third through fifth grade students as well as multi- sensory instruction planning.

In addition to receiving Certifications in Literacy Birth-Grade 6 and in English as Second Language, Ms. Palombo graduated Iona College in 2001 with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology followed by a Master of Professional Studies in Special Education from Manhattanville College in 2005.

Ms. Palombo belongs to several organizations including the International Reading Association, Psi Chi, Kappa Delta Pi and the National Honors Society. In the future, she hopes to pursue her Doctorate in the field of Special Education.
