Now when a customer enters a ZIP code for billing or shipping, their address is cross-checked in the UPS database to ensure that the package is being sent to the right place. If the address and ZIP code do not match, the user is prompted to pick a ZIP from a list of closer matches.

These developments follow a recent redesign of the site's main page, which was intended to make the navigation and functional options more clear and concise.
