Niagara history and ethnic backgrounds will be explored for an international clientele. Based in the heart of the Niagara Peninsula, Ontario, Canada's largest wine-growing and historic region, Wine Country Tours offers customized Niagara wine tours for groups.
Beginning in 2006, a new special series of six dinner-and-entertainment packages has been added, which will feature the entertainment skills of local professional actors and musicians in period costume. This will bring a unique and exciting dimension to the already popular Niagara wine and gastronomy tours. The sumptuous dinners are prepared by Chef Paul, a well-known Niagara chef and caterer, and all dinner-and-entertainment packages will feature a fine selection of VQA wines from the vineyards of Niagara.

Ghosts, Scandals and Scenic Sights of Olde Niagara
Step back in time and experience the haunting tales and scandalous stories behind the prettiest town in Canada. Enjoy a horse-drawn turn of the century trolley tour through the back lanes of historic Olde Niagara-on-the-Lake, Canada's first capital city. Explore the mysteries of the Masonic Lodge of Niagara #2, the oldest fraternity of Freemasons in the world. Step back in history as our professional storytellers take you to the time of local military heroes, Colonel John Butler and Sir Isaac Brock. Be entertained by Lord Mayor Kent, the mayor of Niagara-on-the-Lake in 1812, and his Lady Claire. As always, be informed by our culinary guides while they speak about the regional food and wine bounties of Niagara.
The Art of Pubbing - Irish Style
Learn how to imbibe properly ... Irish style! Host Sheamus O'Paul will teach all good-beer lovers how to be good Irish women and men. He will serve Irish food, Irish beers and ales, and teach Irish folk songs—including the oldest Irish folk song about alcohol and sex—a naughty ditty indeed! A bawdy time to be enjoyed by all.
Gangsters and Pasta
Dine with your host, Godfather Angelo Mosca (former WWF Wrestling star and Canadian Football League tackle), as he serves a 5-course Tuscan style Italian dinner with matching wines.
Angelo will entertain you with colorful Niagara mobster and bootleg stories from yesteryear and some stories from not so long ago, and Italian folk songs. Angelo will also pay tribute to the famous 1960's Rat Pack: Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Sammy Davis, Peter Lawford, and Joey Bishop. This will be a memorable and fascinating evening of nostalgia, wine, food, and song.
An Evening in Tuscany
Enjoy the relaxing atmosphere of a Tuscan evening with a 7-course Tuscan dinner with matching Italian and premium VQA wines, accompanied by the glorious music of Andrea Bocelli and Sarah Brightman. Also featured for this evening's entertainment is a live trio for an evening of music and song taking you through the decades, featuring old Italian favorites and including music by Louie Prima, Perry Como, Frankie Avalon, Paul Anka and Frank Sinatra.
