Mr. Garcia received his Master's Degree in Finance from National University in 1977 and his Bachelor of Science in Business from Northern Arizona University in 1969. He is a member of the Society for College and University Planning and the National Association of College and University Business Officers. He aspires to become more involved in the corporate sector in the future.
