He became involved in his profession because he always wanted to work in fleet sales and attributes his success to his hard work, self-motivation and management skills. Recognized as the Top Selling Government Sales Dealer in Maryland in 2007 and 2005, he is also the recipient of the Chevrolet Hall of Fame Award, the Chevrolet Society of Sales Executives Award and the Ford Professional Sales Association Award.

Mr. Leasure received his Associate's Degree in Media Communications from Allegheny College in 1981 and completed coursework at the Truck Marketing Institute. He is a member of the National Association of Fleet Administrators and hopes to develop his business in the future.
