Petal C. Nesbitt, RN, Inducted into Cambridge Who's Who Executive, Professional and Entrepreneurial Registry

    QUEENS VILLAGE, NY, October 12, 2008 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Petal C. Nesbitt, Registered Nurse at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in all aspects of nursing.

Ms. Nesbitt is proud to lend her talents to Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center. Currently assigned to the center's thoracic unit, she is in charge of monitoring patients' vital signs, managing the supply of medications, coordinating with physicians, and attending to patients' needs after surgery. Ms. Nesbitt finds deep personal fulfillment in playing an integral role in speeding up patients' recovery process, and attributes her success to working hard, and to treating patients with caring and compassion and always listening to what they have to say.

In addition to being a Registered Nurse, Ms. Nesbitt received a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from Molloy College in 2007 and a Bachelor's Degree in Biology from New York Institute of Technology in 2004. She is a member of Sigma Theta Tau. She looks forward to pursuing her Master's Degree in Nursing.
